Hey @jayh218,

I just loaded up the PS4 copy of the game and I was able to see and equip the background etc. You don't see it when you scroll down in the Playercard section?

I also don't have it. Ps4. Updated and reloaded several times.

@Injected_Blown @jayh218, do you own/play the game on more consoles, or only on your Xbox One or PS4?

  Only on xbox one. Could it be because it is through game pass? That would be disappointing if so.

    @jayh218, should not be the case, no. You have checked all Playercards?

  @EA_Leeuw I have this issue on my series X but when i log on on PC via EA Play i can see both the background and tag. After i equip them, and go back to Xbox it replaces them with the defaults.
