Only on xbox one. Could it be because it is through game pass? That would be disappointing if so.

  I've checked every one slowly and don't have it either on my xbox one

  Checked all player cards and all tags. Neither are there.

    I think the quickest and easiest solution would be to make the background/tag a free download/purchase in Store.
