Only on xbox one. Could it be because it is through game pass? That would be disappointing if so.

I think the quickest and easiest solution would be to make the background/tag a free download/purchase in Store.
I'm on Xbox Series X and play on Game Pass. I've deleted and reinstalled the game and still no tags. Please, just make them a free purchase from the shop. Some of us really want to show Tony and the NEEBS crew our respect.
Exactly. Its been two weeks and no more responses. Wouldn't think a player card would be that difficult to get right. I see people with them from time to time so I know it at least partially works. The neebs crew but more specifically Tony is the reason I got into battlefield.
