I'm also having this issue on the series x. Even after reinstalling the game it still doesn't show up

same here, and that goes for every one here. im still having this issue and no response from the devs or someone like a mod on the forums

    Just had a 2gb update today. Both the player card and tag are now available on Xbox. Hopefully it's fixed for everyone

      I just logged in right now after updating and doing a full power down. Still no tag for me. (im also on xbox btw)

      edit: just logged in with my brothers account and he has the tag... along with the holiday 2021 tag which my account also doesn't have for some reason
