How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Manually track a 128 or 64 multiplayer match for kills, assists, and flag captures live in game and compare the totals to the end of round stats that are actually awarded.
What happens when the bug occurs? Consistently being shorted random amounts on end of game totals. The attached photo shows only flag stats but this happens randomly to kills, assists, and to flag stats.
What should be happening instead? Tabulation of all tracked stats should add properly and award correct amounts to the player at the end of a match.
I noticed my overall totals dropping at the end of matches. I trusted the system to keep track of everything without even a thought on it possibly being incorrect. Come on, no one really keeps track of their kills and assists or flag captures in game and trusts the system for the correct in game totals.
I wanted to figure out what was going on so I started a manual running tally. I started taking scoreboard screenshots just before the end of the matches and also taking a screenshot of my exit screen point totals for a comparison to my manual count.
When I started comparing my actual flag captures in game to my end of round point totals, I found that I’m consistently being shorted by random amounts. Where did these extra points go? Are they nefariously being bled off to others at the end of the matches or do they just disappear out into the ether?
The attached photo shows only flag stats but this happens randomly to kills, assists, and to flag stats. The comparisons for the same game are depicted side by side. The attached picture can be enlarged for numbers clarity.
