Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Multiplayer
Which part of the mode? Conquest

On which server did this happen? FNB - BF3
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
Summarize your bug See below
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the FNB - BF3 server. Go to Portal > FNB - BF3. It's available once you click on Portal, and it's not a private Portal server from players, but an official one from DICE. I've played 8+ FNB matches until the end of round summary, and none have counted.
What happens when the bug occurs? Matches don't count towards the new FNB player card.
What should be happening instead? The matches should be counting towards the FNB player card, as they're official DICE servers that are labeled as "FridayNightBattlefield".

  • Hey @SterlingARCH3R I checked this one last night, and it's because FNB isn't highlighted. When Crimson Front ends and FNB is highlighted, the matches will count.
  • @ElliotLH Here's why I think that it should still count, even though it's not a main highlighted event. The announcement stated that it would still be unlockable. So essentially, the FNB Commendation player card is only available once the event ends when the new Stadium map becomes available. That's the same time frame when the Stadium player card will become unlockable, when the Crimson Front event ends on 30 April 2024. But, the statement that the new FNB player card will remain live is moot, if the non-main highlighted FNB events don't count until after the event. Perhaps DICE simply forgot to apply it to the non-main, Portal-highlighted events?

@SterlingARCH3R I agree that it should still count, but the information I shared earlier was from EA_Atic so I would have to presume it's correct.

Same here. I have tried 2 weeks in a row now and wasted a good 6-7 hours each Friday and got no progression, it's stuck at 6 / 15 for me. It makes no sense why it wouldn't count just because of Crimson Front. Is their code really this awful that it can't count the progression? Where does it say that it won't count if there are other events going on? This is misleading and why do people have to look on EA forums to even get the answer? I just asked 2 different people on their support team and all they managed to do was say they would put in a report. A bug report for a game that isn't even supported anymore because they ended it at Season 7. This is laughable.

@ElliotLH That doesn't make any sense. Why would it only count if it's highlighted? Dude Crimson Front was a month-long event and it ended already. Now they have some new event with the air vehicle. You're telling me when there's ANY new event other than FNB that it won't count? You can't be serious that this is actually intentional design... FNB is only available once a week. People go out of their way to play the game mode on their Friday and waste time on trying to get a calling card that doesn't even track progress properly or work properly. What kind of bs is this? This is a new low even for DICE & EA...

@MLGonthorian That's just the way it works I'm afraid. Going on the information I was given, if there's an event running which is highlighted, then it appears to not track the FNB matches.
