Hello,
after having my game transferred from one account to another by the EA support team, I now have no access whatsoever to the game. The Account the game should be in right now has an empty library and the account where the transfer comes from still has the game in it's library but upon starting the game it displays the message: "You don't have access to this title [...]".

In February I opened up my EA account page to find nothing was linked, presuming some outside force or a bug, i linked my primary xbox account to my secondary EA account, and linked away my 2nd xbox acc so there wasn't 2 accounts linked
Upon linking back my primary xbox account to my primary EA account, I had my progress on bf2042 lost, or the data linked to my xbox account isn't showing when I load up the game,
I'm using my xbox game progress on PC via ea app and game pass
Community Managerthe support people do not have the ability, i tried, they are also unable to identify whats happened and the standard response when i mention this to them is, "you cant have two accounts linked the system doesnt let you" or something similar
which i why i have resorted to posting on here,
if the channels worked as intended, id go through them
