Game Still Won't Launch

Well its been over a year since my last complaint and around six months since the last time I tried to play this game and the problem I have had since beta is still here. When launching the game it will go through the EZ anti cheat load then show the game in the top left corner of the monitor as a black screen for anywhere between 5-10 seconds then it will close on its own with no message no warning no error. The only way I have ever gotten this game to run is physically unplugging ever single harddrive (6 in my comp) and running on just the M2 ssd. Ever fix in the book has been tried up to and including a brand new fresh install of Windows. When contacting support in the past I was always told to  just be patient and wait an update will fix it, or its an issue with how ez anti cheat and battlefield 2042 view m2 harddrives and it looks likes hacks but we will fix it soontm. Well its been a year and 3 months and the game still doesnt launch is there any news on this ever being fixed or am I right in assuming the support for this game is dead and gone and I wasted my money.
