@DiRT-DraGon Just to add: I have the latest graphics drivers. Even tried downloading it again and reinstall....
@DiRT-DraGon Maker sure that adrenalin <-- or similair software , is not pushing the system to the max !
Also some systems got issue with bios settings , enable or disable settings if needed.
Post a dxdiag please so people can check into it for any driver/hardware related issues maybe !
