Game will not launch

Hello,  When I launch the game in the EA App, the logo appears, a small window opens top left of my screen, then 10 seconds later it returns to the EA App. No error code. I've made sure everything i...

@DMGG1994 No luck with post #7, I only have a 500GB SSD so i didn't do post #30

    Hi @UbiSparkles, Just to confirm with your PC being new you do have the latest windows updates and graphics drivers?

      @EA_Illium Yes, everything is up to date. I've gone through every conceivable fix with EA tech support and they are stumped. I've gone through this forum and it seems plenty of people have the same problem since season 6 came out.

        this is definitly a fault from your end ea, everybody has the same problem and you guys just cant seem to fix it, its been going on for years
