Game won’t connect to ea servers.

HELP!!!!  For some reason I can’t play any games online thats required to connect to ea servers. I’ve spoken to my internet provider and they have instructed me that there is no issue that they ...

So every time i launch the game it gives me this error code: 1:3300j:2102j:j1004g so i quit and relaunch the game and it still says error code: 1:3300j:2102j:j1004g so i thought to uninstall the game and reinstall it still says it can anyone please help me i love this game so much can someone help me

I need some information from you to investigate the issue.

  • What platform are you on? 
  • Time stamp trying to connected to the server (example: GMT +1 - 15:00) 
  • What country are you in?
  • What ISP are you using? 
  • What is your gamertag? 
  • What error code are you getting?
