Ghost Hybrid 1.5x-4x sometimes changes zoom after certain actions

Summarize your bug The Ghost Hybrid 1.5x-4x sight sometimes changes zoom after certain actions.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Switch to the 1.5x zoom, then throw a grenade, a medic or ammo box, or Angel's loadout crate.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sight switches to 4x zoom.
What should be happening instead? It should stay as 1.5x zoom.

I've noticed that the Ghost Hybird sight likes to sometimes change the zoom after doing certain actions.

Specificially in my case: I've used it on the BSV-M, switched to the 1.5x, and after certain actions like throwing an ammo/medic box, calling in Angel's loadout crate, or throwing a grenade (especially a spotting grenade!) it sometimes will switch to 4x.

I wasn't able to replicate it with other hybrid sights.
