The mini PC appears to be manufactured by Sinbun.

I can't find the manufacturer's website to download drivers.
I know and this is super weird because many fields in msinfo32 have simply "default string" as value. Even if launched as admin they stay same.
It appears the VRAM on the Nvidia GPU is defective and causing GPU artifacting.
If it's too late to return the mini PC for a refund then underclock the GPU's VRAM frequency with MSI Afterburner in an attempt to stabilize the VRAM. You can also try adjusting the GPU core frequency and voltage.
