Gun and C5 not working correctly?

This is happening on two different PC's and two different internet's ( Visiting family etc )

Firstly C5's, there has been countless times now where I've thrown a C5, pressed the Detonate button and nothing has happened. To the point I've either died because it didn't blow up, or I've had to spam smash the mouse button for the thing to finally blow up!

Another very annoying bug which has got me killed countless times, is when I'm shooting at someone the gun just stops firing even with full ammo! Here's an example, I jumped down behind someone pressed the fire button and the gun refuses to fire with a full ammo clip! Changed over to my shotgun secondary and again NOTHING HAPPENS! ( This is very sporadic ) both times full of ammo. It's even stopped firing half way (although it tends just not fire at all 😛 )

I've been told by a number of people that they've suffered the same with input lag?
