    I found a solution that works for me! I do not have much knowledge in modem/receiver setting but what I did is: went to port forwarding rules and I added a DMZ type rule with my PS5 privet IP address thats it.

      I got it fixed! 

      I called my ISP and told them to check my config in the router and my fiber box. The two boxes did not communicate properly, and that was the whole problem. Try this
