Hazard Zone extraction plane

Hazard Zone Extraction Plane Bug

The extraction plane is not showing up sometimes in several of the maps. Noticed in Hourglass and Orbital especially. Also, sometime when trying to get on the extraction plane you are instantly killed when trying to board the plane when it's landed.
