Hazard Zone queue stuck. No matches can start

I’m on PS5 and I have the same problem, I go into a matchmaking, the game starts, the map loads, then I see the squad screen with the players name in my squad, then it stays on that screen until the game decide to send me back to the menu (probably for inactivity) after a few minutes. I tried activating cross platform thinking it would solve the problem, but it doesn’t.
