How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a bunch of headshot kills. Go to the End of Round screen with your squad highlights.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your highlighted headshot kills appears as hipfire kills. This was easy to tell because as a sniper, I was getting headshots while ADS, not hipfire kills. I'm unsure if crouching caused it.
What should be happening instead? Headshot kills should appear as headshot kills.
