- EA_cuervo2 years agoCommunity Manager Hi there, Do you have the PSN IDs linked to a different EA account for each one of you or are both of your PSN accounts linked to the same EA account?

- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@9f019c768f0c508e I'm admittedly not great with networking issues, but I think this has come up before and the resolution was changing settings on your network (might have been using a static ip for one device, but I can't remember). I'll see if I can find one of the threads talking about it. Edit: This is one of the old ones I've found, but it might not be much help. Will keep looking when I have some free time at work.

- EA_cuervo2 years agoCommunity Manager If both of your PlayStation accounts are not tied to the same account, then the issue is probably being caused by the router. You could try setting a different Stati IP for each of your PlayStations: https://portforward.com/static-ip-ps5/
That might fix the problem. Give it a go and let us know if that helped.
- How can I play BF 2042 with my husband on different PS5s? Cross play is on. It kicks me off when we try to enter a map together.
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+Hi @Medasinn I've merged your thread with this one as it seems like the same issue, and the suggestion from EA_cuervo might help. I've also removed a couple of duplicate threads.
