High ping in game

Question

Recently, I've been getting 100+ ping in the game (no background downloading or anything). My average ping is around 55-60 in the game. Furthermore, the play connects me to the server where nobody exists. Cross-platform is enabled, nothing is wrong with the router or ISP, and nothing has changed in the settings. It connects me to the Arabic server since everyone's name is Arabic, and I don't know why. I don't know if there's a way to connect to the EU again.

@777aTriX I don't think that it's about that. Everything seems fine on my connection, ISP and so on. However, it connects me to Arabic servers all the time. They're all empty and have ping. Is there any way to change my server?

They need to shutdown Middle-east server, it's a plague, no one play there always empty and the matchmaking keep throwing me there, I have to use VPN to lock the MM to play on EU this is madness, a game in 2023-24 doesn't have region-select at least.
