High time nudge (TN) for battlefield 2042 since s3

I want this to be the last 10s of times i try to fix this issue. I play season 0,1, and 2 with no issues whatsoever. I started to have these issues some time is season 3 when i would play one of the conquests gamemodes. At random times or when massive events happen my TN (Time Nudge) goes up from 50-750+. I still have this issuse.

I have an alienware laptop with a rtx 3060, intel core i7, and 16 gb of ram.

here are some things i have done to try to fix it:

make a .cfg file to limit threads cores

enter command line sin steam to get more fps

put dlss on ultra-performance.

graphics on low

moved it to my internal drive

limit fps to 30

edit the bf 2042 config files to edit a gst render line of code.

used razor cortex to limit cpu cores (it limited to 4)

put it to best performance in windows graphic settings.
