Hit reg issues, TTK vs TTD inconsistency post 3.1 update

@Ironhead841 Having the same experience, and from observations, the majority is Xbox players, a few Playstation, and some PC. I had a guy last night kill me 4 times from the other side of a hill on Manifest, and could not even see me. We aren't talking a few feet and lag, more like 100 yards down the other side. Other games I do ok, but I agree, the problems have exponentially increased.
