Hit reg issues, TTK vs TTD inconsistency post 3.1 update

Is it just me or have these issues gotten exponentially worse since the 3.1 patch? One round I can go 34-6 and the next round can't hit the broad side of a barn, I'm shot around corners, behind cove...

Just to reiterate what got posted before; gameplay videos, with the in-game network graphs etc., enables, will indeed help the teams in their investigation into this potential issue.

So if you have any, please upload them to either Streamable or YouTube, or any other video-sharing service, and share the link with us here, so we can pass it on to the teams directly.
