How many years before EA fix my locked game ?

Write this to support : My game hasn't worked since one of your colleagues helped me get DKK 160 back because DKK 160 had been deducted twice from my bank account.
Initially, I received an error message when I had to transfer money for my purchase directly from my debit card. I then try to make the payment through paypal and get the same error.
Later I start my game again and see that I have 2 x 2400 battle coins and therefore I contact someone who can help to return half the amount. But then I can't start my game..
I've tried everything, done everything and had a friend log into my profile to see if he gets the same message and can't play. And he does.
I have bought a brand new key for BF2042 because I was sure that the error is not related to any of my settings or hardware, router whatsoever.
There are no problems playing Battlefield 2042 when I launch it from a different account with a different key.
I can therefore only say that - EA made me unable to play and has shut down my game or added restrictions. I hope that you can fix that mistake soon, because it is very frustrating
that no progress is being made in this case, and it is also not cool that you have just bought battlecoins for DKK 160, which you do not get access to either..
I also bought this game again but it is what it is. It was my own choice.
Looking forward to you fix it and unlocking my game asap

Then i get this:

  • tried that at least 10 times. Think its a bot response my mails. They comes with stupid solutions, so far away from the problem.. EA have absolute pissed me off this time.. Spend money inside the game and afterward  not able to play.  If EA tread the customers like this, then I'm done spending more of my money of any products in the future. That's a fact..

@subbizkit78 No chance when my original BF account was hacked (same account I used from BF1942 to BF3) I showed evidence that I owned the account, all the receipts linked to that account and finally the receipt and credit card transaction when I bought BF3 from EA that was linked to that account.

(which to this day the hacked account is linked to this current one because I bought it using the same credit card but they still will not give me ownership.)

Still not enough evidence and my account was sold by the english hacker to some US player and now I must put AU at the end of my name that has been my online nick since 1994.

    Good luck
