Summarize your bug I appear invisible to the enemy team, they ignore me occasionally and when I damage them, they will look back but it appears that I am not present in their field of view
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This I'm not sure, it's rare but destructive
What happens when the bug occurs? The player does not appear in the enemy's and friendly's field of view and screen as if I'm invisible
What should be happening instead? I should appear as normal

I was playing in the Alang scarp yard map, and I was moving from C to D, the thing is though, that quite an amount of enemies are moving past me without even a seconds concern, so I did a test, where I shot someone with a pistol which just slides up the rappel cord next to me, the enemy looks back for a second, but completely ignores my existence, which I led to a conclusion that I was invisible from the enemy team, I tries disrupting my teammates as well, and they ignore me as well. The thing is, despite how I am invisible, I am still able to deal damage upon the enemy team and get kills, which is quite unsettling. 

I can swear to the dearest god of above, that no external plug-ins or game code-changing external applications are used during that play, the game is entirely vanilla. I've never played any game, in any unorthodox way, that might include external plugins that hugely disrupt how the game is played.

What happens when the bug occurs? no one can see me, I could kill everyone.
