i bought EAplay on steam 3 days ago ,but i haven't receive the reward.

I purchased the EAplay membership for this month on Steam, but I haven't received the character skin gifted by EAplay in Battlefield 2042 for this month

    I've merged two threads about the same issue together. 

    It may be worth contacting EA Help (help.ea.com) regarding this, as they're best placed to investigate missing items on accounts.
