Buy Battlefield 2042 Elite Upgrade: Where is my stuff?

I just started playing the game with EA Play subscription (not pro).

Someone suggested getting the elite upgrade, so I did. But I'm not sure what I got. It doesn't seem like I got anything other than a few weapons and extra vehicles. I don't see any new operators/specialists? I got a new sniper, with a x12 scope, but when I swapped the scope with one I got later on in the game, the x12 is now locked again.

I feel that for £22, it should be a little more than just a cash grab. I'm pretty disappointed with it to be honest! and there's no refund option, which has made me weary of purchasing anything in the future. In case it turns out to be an empty product, again.

Hi @HaywardGG This is what the Elite upgrade gives:

- 4 Specialists
- 10 weapons
- 6 vehicles
- “Lost World” Epic Cosmetic Bundle (containing: Epic “Forsaken” Rao Specialist Set, Epic “Starved Vulture” Vehicle Skin, and Epic “Banisher” Weapon Skin)

The weapons, vehicles, and Specialists may need to be unlocked through in-game missions, and you can check this by looking at the "Collection" and "Classes" menus. I unfortunately can't remember off-hand if they're unlocked automatically with the pack.

If you'd like to request a refund then you could try opening a case with EA Help (help.ea.com), but as DLC is normally not refundable they may not be able to provide one.
