I can’t hear squad/party but they can hear me

"was fine before" - yeah, pretty common statement on PCs.

As I recall, I had to go pretty deep in the Windows device settings to get chat working. Make sure you disable any unused audio devices.

@XiqpiX Sometimes the settings reset to default and you can't do anything, this is bug in the game, restart your game, verify files if you need to, set your sound properly in sound > voice chat, every time you launch the game check if it's still there, if it's set to default it's bugged again, you must restart to set it back, I've had this same problem many times.
