i cant link my playstation

Question

i can't link my ea account to my playstation account. i moved to pc so i wanted to transfer my 2042 progress and i logged in with my email for my EA. i'm gonna call my EA email, email A and my playstation email B. so i logged in with email A and when i tried to link my playstation account to email A. It said it was already linked to email B so went to log into my email B EA account and its the same account as my email A but it is not letting me link my playstation account. please help.

Hi @senpaipanduh You'd be best off opening a case at help.ea.com, so a gave advisor can take a look and see what they can do to fix this issue.

Since these are intended as player-to-player support forums, there isn't anyone who can make changes to accounts.
