As the title says, i can't preload the Battlefield 2042 Early Access on EA App, i have Ea Play, and i would like to have the 10 hour trial, but when i enter EA App, and go to the Battlefield 2042 page, it says i need Ea Play Pro, i'm aware that you can play without a limited time with Pro, but i wonder why i can't download the game even though i have EA Play and should be able to play the early access for 10 hours. Do i have to wait until it's released? There isn't a preload for Ea Play?

The way I see it is that a EA Play or XBOX Ultimate user does not get 10 Hours Early Access. BUT you GET 10 HOURS BEFORE Launch trail

If you are an EA Play member or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member, you’ll have access to a 10-hour trial from:
Global release on November 11, 2021 at 4 p.m. UTC

@femgamer666 If you look at the page linked by Atic, you'll see that console players get access at midnight in their respective time zones. So by having a console you get early early access I guess.

Is it just a PC thing? because it's available to preload on xbox console with ea play
also if I open xbox app on pc, it constantly gives me the error "0xa3e903ed" when I try and pre load with ea play trial
obviously on the EA app there is no option to pre load with ea play

can you please confirm if this is a xbox/console only thing

@grymar93I get the exact same error when trying to download the trial from the Xbox app on PC.

So the game is supposedly launched now but I still cannot find the ten hour trial with EA play.

This is what I did to resolve my issue.
Link steam account --> Origin account
Exit / close both desktop apps.
Relaunch both steam and Origin apps
Using the origin application navigate over to the left sidebar and click on browse games --> Battlefield ->BF2042 -> View in library ->Download.

Still waiting for the 10 hour trial to pop up on my ea play app on my pc. It's way after early access launch and I still don't see it. I have xbox game pass ultimate. Am I missing something?
