Playing on PlayStation 5 for over two hours and I have not gained any XP - I’m killing, capturing, reviving, commanding, but I’m still on zero XP - any solution?????

I closed the game, rejoined, seems ok for now
@daftdave1978 that's a known issue that appears on certain servers.
The Team is aware of this and working on it.
