I lost my progress in bF 2042

I play battlefield 2042 on my Xbox frequently. I decided to create an ea account and link it to my Xbox account. But when I clicked on bf2042 all my attachments levels and progress is gone!

    @noahmaddison Are you still playing on the same Gamertag? In order to have been playing Battlefield 2042 your Gamertag should already have been linked to an EA Account.

    What may have happened is that you may have unlinked the original EA account that was linked to the gamertag.

    Thank you. I have looked further into it and I have released that I already had an ea account linked. I must have created it when I was having issues a few weeks ago. However i cannot unlink my current account. When I click unlink it says I cannot unlink until 2024. Is their any way around this?

      @noahmaddison I am unsure as this isn't something we can help with on the forums. Your best bet would be to get in touch with EA Help at the link I provided above and see if they're able to help with your issue.

    Hi. Im having same problem. All progress from BF2024 on Xbox not getting transfer in to game launched on PC via Xbox app, while still using same credentials for both platforms.
