I paid for BFC but get nothing

I paid for BFC but get nothing
since yesterday
and technical support is stalling 
A simple shipping issue has turned into a drama 
Believe me, this is the last dollar I will pay you.

    Hi 3Z_TABUK,

    The best thing to do here is to either contact EA Help (help.ea.com) or the customer support for where you made the purchase (if it wasn't direct from EA). Unfortunately, there isn't anyone here who can really help with issues like this as nobody can access your account for security reasons.
