    Hey @didiljc,

    Did you redeem the key code you received from Best Buy in Origin and/or EA Desktop?

    That's where you need to download the game from, not the Best Buy website.

When I called EA support - they said that I need to post my issue on this forum...

I never have gone though bestbuy digital but it seems to be a issue with ea games right around the launch of there ea plays pc app.

Sims 4 exact same issue

These users were suppose to get a code via email to redeem on ea plays app.
