im unable to connect to battlefeild 2042 servers

Every time I try and join a match in battlefield 2042, it says that I'm not connected to online, when I clearly am. also it says that my platform client is offline. PLEASE HELP

    Hey @SpreadGem1Is this issue occurring on a PC or console? Have you tried restarting your platform and router?
