Impossibile to connect

Dears i installed BF2042 on ps5, start the game, then obtain this error code: 1:3300J:468882297O:15021:468882297O:761623154B. what is that???how I can play???

@EA_AljoWhen I launch the game, then Press X, then the game try to connect to the server….then appear this error 😢

    Thanks for getting back to me. Try going to profile.ea.com and log in. Then, reset your password there. Once that is done, try playing again and let me know what happens.
