Impossibile to connect

Had this problem since days one, then it was fixed for about a week. I am have not been able to play this game for 10 months.  EA has the absolute worst customer service.  I have appealed to them about five times now on chat, and I have tried everything.  I can play every other BF game going back to BF3, but because I didn't experience this error within a week, I am * out of luck with getting a refund.  Steam has been able to give me refunds long after a 30 day warranty.  EA offers a 7-day warranty.  In what other organization does somebody only offer a 7-day warranty?  I hate EA and the way their staff treats their patrons.  Anybody at EA can see I've only been able to play the game briefly, but yet they say they have no access to do so.  This is ridiculous.
