Impossible to unlock Casper's background
At the release of Season 7, Casper's OV-P Drone had it's EMP ability removed. The unlock requirements for the background haven't been updated.

Hi @DassaultMystere The mission is to disrupt 3 vehicles using EMP grenades as Casper, so it doesn't require the now-removed EMP ability on the drone.
