Hello, I noticed the same thing. I have recorded three videos of this happening.
What do you think? @EA_Atic
@LeJerk
Thank you for contributing and taking videos!
However in your clips you can always see one or two APS-36 Shootdown Sentinels (Irish's gadgets) next to the tank intercepting your rockets so that is why you are not getting any hits. This is an intended gameplay mechanic but it's hard to observe while being in the heat of the battle. In my instances I can actually see and hear the rocket impact the target but I didn't get any hit registration/attribution. You can notice the difference between a APS-36 takedown and a non registered hit by how far away from the target you get kicked out of the rocket cam.
@EA_Atic
I've tried recording some clips over the past two weeks or so (I was very busy at work so I didn't get around to playing a whole lot) but as soon as I enable the Nvidia overlay, not even the "Instant Replay" or what it's called these days, my game performance plummets into a very unenjoyable territories. I could maybe make it work by turning off raytracing but that would impact my player experience since I do get a lot of kills from people being blissfully unaware of their shadows. I'll look into providing clips of my own whenever I get the chance but no promises as of now :/ Also I'm quite confident that in the instances I experienced there was no APS-36 present, especially in the one with the helicopter I shot down.

Crap, you're right. I noticed people doing this recently, but didn't look for those shoot down sentries in the videos. Maybe they should add some sort of notification when your rocket gets shot down by gunfire or those?
