Input delay on the Xbox one version of 2042

I play on Xbox series X but most of my friends are still on Xbox one, when swapping to the Xbox one version of the game I noticed that there is a massive amount of input lag/delay, I don’t know if this is just an issue for people on series consoles playing the Xbox one version but it makes for a vastly less enjoyable experience than the series version.

Im using the xbox one x console and the input delay is very, very bad. Would have bought this game already if not. Going to wait it out to see if it gets fixed. Early access is really bad so not gonna hold my breath

  • Same problem here, running the last gen version in an attempt to enjoy the game with friends on playstation, without being slaughtered by mouse & keyboard players (I'm not used to fps on controller, using mouse on other games).

But with the input lag it was a no go, put the game away, probably too late to get a refund too.

  • On xbox one.  At first I couldn't understand why I kept running into things or completely missing ladders, to then learn I had to skid (like a rally car) on turning my player in different directions. Coming straight from bf1 i know this isn't right.

  • Same thing happens to me on my series x, and when I use McKays zip it pulls me in a lot slower and is just more laggy in general. My friend on his Xbox one said he doesn’t really have that delay when shooting but I wanna try it out on his console to make sure.

  • I'm having the exact same issue as well. Playing on Xbox Series X, but wanting to play with friends who are on the Xbox One, but playing the Xbox One version of BF 2042 has a bad input lag to it.
