Issue with getting into a game on PS5

I am having a problem for Battlefield 2042 where I am in the main menu and am able to choose a game mode and the timer will count down to 0 and the screen will go dark and just return me back to the ...

Hi @Ky_Po_Ren Do any messages appear when this happens, or does it just kick you back to the home screen?

Also, I've moved your thread to the technical issues section for BF2042.

@ElliotLH No messages appear. I seen to have found the issue. I just switched to Verizon ISP and I had to enable my DMZ in my wifi setting and now I am able to play again.
