Jet rear view camera is rolling with the jet when 3P Aircraft Camera Roll is off

Summarize your bug The rear view camera's rolling is afixed to the jet's rolling while the '3P Aircraft Camera Roll' setting set to Off. I.e., When looking forwards, the camera is correctly fixed upright. When looking backwards, the camera incorrectly rolls with the jet, as if the '3P Aircraft Camera Roll' setting is On.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Set the '3P Aircraft Camera Roll' setting to Off in Settings > Mouse+Keyboard > Vehicles. 2. Spawn a jet. 3. Observe how the camera is fixed upright when looking forwards, but rolls with the jet when looking backwards.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rear view camera rolls fixed to the jet's roll when the 3P Aircraft Camera Roll setting is set to Off.
What should be happening instead? The rear view camera should be fixed upright regardless of the jet's roll / bank angle.

Given the Chase Camera Roll setting is set to Off,
When a jet pilot looks in the rear view camera,
Then the camera should remain fixed upright regardless of the jet's rolling / bank angle.

I.e.,

Please adjust the jet's rear view camera to make it consistent when looking forwards or backwards with the 3P Aircraft Camera Roll setting set to Off. When looking backwards, the camera should remain fixed upright like it is when looking forwards, regardless of the jet's rolling.
