How to power cycle:
- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
- Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
Thanks!

Hello.
Honestly..
I don't want to seem rude, but is this answer meant to be taken seriously?
Millions of players pay almost 100 bucks for this game and a few 1000 of them have this problem and you get the answer how to restart the console?
that can only be a joke.

So true!
like I have this game I love it but I can’t play it because it crashes every match. I have power cycled and done everything and it doesn’t work. I play a match and my Xbox shuts off, but not due to overheating. It happened to me in Need For Speed Unbound on launch as well. So EA you have to figure this out!

Still happening

Yep, still happens as the Su57 flies by and if you pilot it. Another update that didn't fix it or they just don't give a damn about Xbox one x/s users anymore cause we are on old gen. smh
