Kicked back to main menu after countdown ends.

I am getting kicked back to the main menu after the searching for game completes and the countdown to send me into the game is over and the screen goes black.  I have tried reinstalling the game. ...

    This issue has been fixed through my ISP, just call them, explain the problem and the specific game. Hope it will work 😃

@EA_Atic Yes I have tried different troubleshooting methods and nothing has worked. I have even posted a new topic about this on here too with more details yesterday but haven't received a response yet.
