Kicked from games
I just re downloaded 2042 on my ps5 to play zero hour, the game starts just fine, but when I click on play and find a game, it starts the match countdown, and then when I load into the game, it just gives me a black screen, beeps and kicks me back to the main menu with no error code or notification, happens on every single game mode even single player. Does anyone know how to fix this problem, I’ve played this in the past without these issues. Again, I am on ps5

Thanks for reaching out about this. Try deleting the personal saved data for BF 2042. To do this, go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate Battlefield 2042 and delete the saved data. You may lose changes to settings you've made and anything else saved offline, but that should download automatically from the cloud. I just can't guarantee it.
