Kill Feed doesn't switch to anything else other than "Squad only"

Whenever i try to change the Kill feed option in the settings menu it doesn't seem to do anything other than stick to Squad kills only. for my case, i would love it to show everyone's kills but changing to all the other options doesn't seem to change anything. anyone else having the same issue??
