    Hey, @beangiant  have you tried our connective guide and see if that helps? 

    I assume you checked the cable to the router and PS5?

     

    Let us know what you tried.

I also have the same problem. When I play other online games my wi--fi is working fine and I don't have any issues. But when I play Battlefield 2042, sometimes I have an error like "All player was disconnected". It happens 1 of 10 games. And I don't have high ping.
