One of the final issues for us to fix from last week has now been fixed. In rare cases, players earning certain Battle Pass ranks did not receive their unlocks.
They should now find them available next time they login or play a round.

I've Progressed past tier 4 on the battlepass, but I'm currently not able to play as Lis as she's still locked on the specialist screen.
I have been able to unlock other BP content (such as the new Heli's) but Lis is still showing as locked (played 10+ matches yesterday and compelted the weekly BP missions and still locked at the moment).
Same for me but on PS4 that’ si weird…
Got exactly the same problem, I should have "unlocked" Lis while the game temporarily restricted granting unlocks.
Not just Lis but the first 4 battlepass rewards are currently locked for me
