M98B firing issue while ADS

Summarize your bug I created a Portal server with mixed map (som old and new ones) and BF3 characters but with 2042 features, removed shotguns and with PvP AI, the code of the experience is aaagnm ; when in game choosing the sniper class (doesn't matter witch faction) equipped with M98B it randomly happens that the tactical run doesn't start and when in ADS it doesn't shoot.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I did a small video where you can check the "non-firing" bug, you cand find it here: https://youtu.be/NSldAfjHE1A Of course a full gameplay would be better to understand and see how often the bug occour, but actually this is what I can provide
What happens when the bug occurs? As you can see in the video, when I aimed down the last soldier I clicked several times the fire button (left mouse click visible on the right side of the video) and the gun never shooted a single bullet. Sometimes when insisting to click it fires, sometimes it needs to remove from ADS to unbug it. Same for the tecticatl run: sometimes I need to click the shift key several times to start it or otherwise I need to relase the shift key and then pressing twice it'll work
What should be happening instead? obviously when shooting the bullet should be fired
