Hah, so I just tried to play the game tonight and it redownloaded the entire thing, reinstalled, but failed to matchmake to any games.
I cleared the cache per these instructions and it...
...STARTED REDOWNLOADING THE WHOLE THING AGAIN. Well it's trying, but ironically it's now stuck in the state the cache clear is supposed to fix.
